The cost is $199 for your recommendation. This includes your initial visit to the Doctor.
Afterwards it is $99 for your 6 month state required checkup.
Each year there after it is $139 for your renewal.
Must I be 18 or older to obtain a recommendation?
If you are under 18 you must have your parent or guardian present during the examination.
Do I receive my recommendation the same day?
Yes, after our certified physician has completed your evaluation. If you qualify, you will receive your recommendation before you leave.
What medical conditions qualify for a recommendation?

Do I have to pay if I don’t receive a recommendation?
No, if you do not receive a recommendation, you will be refunded fully.
How long does the entire process take?
How can I get a MMJ card in Florida?
The process begins by booking an appointment with us by calling us; you can also email us or fill out the form on our website greenlifecenters.com. The first step would be to visit our clinic on your appointment; our licensed marijuana doctor will evaluate your health condition to see if you are eligible for it. If you are eligible for it, they will fill out your application to the Medical Marijuana Use Registry. We offer first-appointment approval to new patients. We also handle renewal and transfer patients.
Can I transfer or change my clinic?
Yes, the State law allows patients to change their clinic or medical doctors anytime. We also handle transfer patients with utmost care and professionalism.

Do I need a past prognosis to get a medical card?
